Im coming to the end of my training with Helen and I've absolutely loved it. All the sessions have been so detailed and thorough, and everything we learn is always brought back to how we can use it in practice. We've covered such a range of topics, been able to practice all the skills on each other. It's a great mix of theory and practice. The homework and assignments have been realistic and achievable and the assignments really help to back up ths theory we're learning.
