Yes. The initial consultation is offered free of charge and without obligation. You can use it to explain what you hope to change and decide whether the approach feels right for you.

Yes, online appointments are available for people across the UK. Contact Gary to discuss whether online or in-person sessions would suit you.

What are the practice opening hours?
Best Mind Therapy's stated practice hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 8:30 pm, by appointment. Saturday and Sunday are closed. Training course days and times are separate and should be confirmed with the course organiser.
