Please contact me to check eligibility. 

All discussions are confidential and you are able to speak freely about the way you feel without the fear of judgement. You will find better ways of coping with feelings and worrys. You will gain an understanding of how our minds work, which will give you the tools to ensure you know when it is over reacting to problems in the future. 

Sessions are relaxed and focused on finding positive solutions to the issues that you currently have.

I follow the Solution Focused method of Therapy (SFBT), elements of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) incorporating traditional counselling, Neuro lingustic programming and Hypnotherapy.

My daughter was petrified of dogs, she would hide behind me when we saw one and tremble with fear, after only 3 sessions with Gary, she is now stroking and picking up dogs and it is no longer a battle every time we see a dog.
